One-Day Bus Trip! On Wednesday, December 17th head to Washington, DC for Christmas Time! -- featuring dinner at Carmine's, a stop ar the Botanic Garden, National Christmas Tree, Festival of Lights, Monument by Moonlight Tour. The bus pickup will be at 11:30am from the Chambersburg, PA Weis Market (1056 Wayne Avenue, off exit 14) in the parking lot behind Applebee's. You will return to that location at 11:00pm. The cost is 198.00/rider.

What to expect --
See the city in a different light! Historic tales and fascinating history in a ride-along experience as the capital city is illuminated at night. Along this journey stops will be made at the National Christmas Tree (including the 'Pathway of Peace') and the DC Temple Festival of Lights display.

First a stop at the U.S. Botanic Garden with exhibits of model trains and incredible replicas of famous buildings. After free time to explore the gardens, you'll depart for dinner at Carmine's. Next a Monument by Moonlight Tour will take place as you travel by motor coach through the streets. A stop at the National Christmas and 'Pathway of Peace, where there are trees decorated to represent all 50 states will occur before heading to the the Mormon Temple Festival of Lights. This display is one of the great community traditions, as the temple grounds are aglow with 650,000 lights and decorations in international theme.
